The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to all social media giveaways conducted by Vision Plus (“Company”). By participating in a giveaway, you (“Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• The giveaway is open to legal residents of Kenya, aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

• Employees of Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.

• Eligibility may be further restricted based on specific giveaway requirements (e.g., location, specific qualifications).

• The giveaway period will be subject to the giveaway promotion, and will be clearly stated in the giveaway description (“Giveaway Period”).

• Entries received outside the Giveaway Period will be disqualified.

• Company reserves the right to extend or modify the Giveaway Period at its sole discretion.

• To enter the giveaway, Participants must complete the entry requirements as specified in the giveaway announcement post. These requirements may include:

• • Liking the post.

  • Following the Company’s social media account.

  • Tagging one or more friends.

  • Sharing the post.

  • Commenting on the post.

  • Submitting user-generated content.

• Participants may enter only once, unless otherwise specified.

• Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions will be disqualified.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• The prize(s) to be awarded in the giveaway are described in the giveaway announcement post.

• The prize(s) are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered, unless otherwise stated by the Company.

• Company reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize(s) become unavailable for any reason.

• All prize details, including any restrictions or limitations, will be specified in the giveaway announcement post.

• The winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes and expenses associated with receipt or use of the prize(s).

• Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period, unless otherwise specified in the giveaway announcement post.

• The drawing will be conducted on or around two days of the giveaway period by Company or its designated agent.

• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• For giveaways involving skill-based entries (e.g., photo contests), winners will be selected based on the judging criteria outlined in the giveaway announcement post.

• Winner(s) will be notified via an official follow-up post on the Company official social media handles within 2 days of the winner selection.

• Winner(s) will be required to provide their full name, ID Number, Age, and other requested information within 2 days of notification to claim the prize.

• If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, or is disqualified for any reason, Company reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

• The winner(s) must claim the prize(s) as directed in the winner notification.

• Failure to claim the prize(s) within the specified time may result in forfeiture of the prize(s).

• By accepting a prize, the winner(s) agree to allow Company to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Company is not responsible for:

• • Late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete, or ineligible entries.

  • Technical malfunctions, errors, or failures of any kind.

  • Any errors or omissions in the giveaway announcement or these Terms and Conditions.

  • Any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

• Participants release Company and its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or causes of action of any kind arising from their participation in the giveaway or their receipt or use of any prize.

• Company reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if it is not capable of being conducted as planned for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, fraud, or any other causes beyond Company’s control.

• Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

• The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the social media platforms in which it is posted.

• Participants release the social media platform they participated/saw the giveaway from any and all liability associated with this giveaway.

• Information collected from Participants is subject to Company’s privacy policy.
