Where is the Vision Plus service center/ warehouse located?
Our service center is located in Parklands, Gallant Mall, on the Ground Floor. Our warehouse in Baba Dogo, on Baba Dogo Road, 5G, Premier Industrial Park.
Do you have Vision Plus service centers in other parts of the country?
No we do not have at the moment. For any service center related issue, you will have to send the TV to the service center Nairobi using any courier service available where you are. For further clarification, always call us on 0724 888 777.
Are Vision Plus products Kenyan made?
Vision Plus products are designed in Kenya for Kenya but manufactured in china.
Are there any delivery charges when I shop and buy online?
No, delivery is free of charge. Delivery will take 24 working hours within Nairobi and 48 working hours outside Nairobi.
What are the different methods of payment that you accept?
We currently accept cash and M-Pesa before or after delivery and Card payment.
Do you accept Installments?
We work with an organization known as Aspira, who offer a lipa pole pole plan on all our products as long as you qualify.
Can I pay after delivery if I am outside Nairobi?
Yes you can.
What is the Paybill Number?
For online orders use the following number, go to Safaricom tool kit, click on M-Pesa, lipa na M-Pesa, select paybill, enter the number (4029469), enter your order number as the account number, e.g. (1287), amount, your pin, then press okay.
Where can I buy Vision Plus products?
You can buy our products at our online brand store or visit our warehouse in Baba Dogo, We also outsource to major retail supermarkets e.g. Naivas, Chandarana, Khetia’s etc. For online stores we have, Kilimall, Jumia, Sky Garden etc. We also have Hotspot Electronic Shop located at Diamond Plaza.
Which products do you sell on your online shop?
We sell Smart Frameless and Digital TV’s ranging from 32’’- 75”, sound bars and sound pro, Vibe series which includes- Level up speaker, Vibe pods and beatbox.
How can I place an order online?
You can visit our website at visionplus.co.ke select the item you would like to purchase, click on buy online, and add it to cart, check out, input your delivery address and other details, and then place the order.
How is the quality of Vision plus TV’s?
Vision Plus provides high quality products at competitive prices. We believe in giving the consumer value for money.
Does the TV come with a warranty?

How do I register my warranty online?
You can register your e-warranty by going to our website https://visionplus.four.africa/warranty/ click on the warranty section, and fill in your details.

What is the difference between digital and smart TV?
A digital TV is a basic TV that uses digital signals for transmission. A smart TV is a digital TV with internet connectivity and has content Apps
What is the difference between android and smart TV’s?
The main difference between a smart TV and an Android TV is that the Android TV runs Google’s Android software.
How will I know if my TV is smart or digital?
All our Vision plus TV’s are smart apart from the 32’’ digital TV.
This is also indicated on the packaging

What is the difference between the Android TV and the V+OS powered by VIDAA?
Android TV is a smart TV that runs on ANDROID operating system while V+ OS TV is a smart TV that runs on VIDAA Operating system
Do you offer door to door repair services?
No, for repair, kindly bring the TV to our service center in parklands, Gallant Mall –Ground Floor.
Do you send your team to help mount the TV or connect the devices?
No, but you can always reach us on the phone for guidance if you need any help.
What does the TV come with?
It comes with a user manual, wall mount and TV stands.
Are your prices fixed or negotiable?
They are fixed as they have already been discounted.
